Ingredients: Fresh Coriander Seeds

When our cilantro went to seed in the garden this year, I left it alone, hoping it would re-seed itself. But then I saw the bright green fresh seeds, and I decided that I needed to cook something with them instead. I made leek fritters, and while the coriander seeds added a great flavor, the texture contrast was too much - I think I'd crush them first next time. Somehow I missed two recipes on 101 Cookbooks using the seeds, so those are on my list to try next summer.
